ČSOB Group Statement on the Protection of Whistleblowers
ČSOB aims to create and foster a corporate culture characterized by honesty and openness, where everyone has the opportunity to report potentially unlawful conduct, suspected unethical or improper behaviour, or serious breaches of legal or internal regulations at the earliest possible stage and without fear of retaliation.
The ČSOB Group, comprising Československá obchodná banka, a.s., ČSOB Leasing, a.s., and ČSOB Poisťovňa, a.s., assures whistleblowers that their reports will be reviewed in a fair and impartial manner and that any investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and with full respect for the rights and legally protected interests of whistleblowers.
