03

Log in with your IPPID and new PIN code
After setting up your new PIN, log in to Moja ČSOB internet banking using your login details (IPPID&PIN).

The identification number (IPPID) was referred to as a “PID” in OTP Banka.

Frequently asked questions

Your IPPID is an 8-digit personal identification number used to log in to Moja ČSOB internet banking. It is your electronic identity, which you would have called your PID in OTP Bank.

If you had multiple to electronic banking login IDs (PIDs), please contact us using the ČSOB Infoline 0850 111 777.

If you had an electronic identity for OTP electronic banking, we have assigned you the same identity for your convenience in accessing Moja ČSOB internet banking. This means that you can use the same IPPID (PID) as you used before to log in.

Unfortunately, ČSOB electronic banking does not support aliases. You must log in with your IPPID (former PID).

04

Confirm login using an SMS code

  • If you used SMS codes in the former OTP Bank, in the second step on the Moja ČSOB login page, enter in the authentication code field the authentication code from the SMS message that the bank sends to the same mobile phone number you used for authorisation in the former OTP bank.
  • If you previously used a physical device – token (DIGIPASS DP270) in the former OTP Bank, the sending of SMS codes will be automatically activated for the mobile phone number you registered in the electronic banking of the former OTP Bank.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, even after migrating to the new electronic banking, you can continue to use the SMS code service, which is still supported for existing clients.

The SmartToken mobile application will gradually replace the SMS key, which the Bank no longer provides to new customers. It is used for secure login to electronic banking, electronic signature of payments in it and for the initial activation of the ČSOB SmartBanking mobile application.

If you do not have the SmartToken application:

  • You can download the app in your device’s app store: AppStore, Google Play, and App Gallery.
  • To activate the SmartToken, enter your IPPID* and PIN credentials.
  • Read the terms and conditions and activate the app.
  • To complete activation, enter the activation key that the bank sends to the mobile phone number your registered with the former OTP Bank.

Done. Now you can log in to Moja ČSOB internet banking or the ČSOB SmartBanking application.

Corporate Internet banking service

OTP Bank’s e-banking portfolio also included a corporate Internet banking service. For clients who used this service with the "co-signing" function, we made available Moja ČSOB electronic banking, but with passive access, i.e., without the ability to enter payments.

If you wish to use internet banking actively, please visit us in person at any of our branches. However, active use must be requested by the owner of the account to which you have access via internet banking.
